Her seasoned life education and experiences, along with a deep appreciation for each individual's unique journey and her delightful sense of humor, bring richness, depth, and compassion to her work. She is the author of "Awakening on Your Soul's Journey: A Woman's Guide to Releasing Struggle and Living in The Flow of Mindful Self-Care, Healing, Health, and Miracles', available 2024.
