• When you join our private community: your name, email address, chosen username, and anything you add to your profile or share in posts and comments.
• When you purchase a session: your name, email address, and billing details.
• When you contact me: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message.
• Automatically: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which your browser sends to any website you visit.

How Your Information Is Used

• To send you Reflections from the Garden and occasional invitations, if you have subscribed.
• To register you for Women of Wisdom Gatherings and send you the Zoom details and recordings.
• To create and maintain your account in our private community.
• To process payment for coaching or healing sessions.
• To respond personally when you reach out to me.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever. I also do not share it with anyone except the trusted services listed below that make this website work.

Services That Help Run This Site

A few carefully chosen services process information on my behalf. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

• AWeber — manages my email list and sends Reflections and invitations to subscribers.
• Stripe — securely processes payments for sessions. Your full card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on this website.
• Zoom — hosts our Women of Wisdom Gatherings and handles gathering registrations.
• Bluehost — hosts this website and its data.

Cookies and Tracking

This site does not run Google Analytics or any advertising or behavioral tracking.

A small number of cookies are still used for essential purposes: keeping you logged in to your community account, remembering items in your cart, and keeping the site secure. These are necessary for the site to work properly. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, though some features may not function correctly if you do.

Our Private Community

Anything you post, share, or comment within our private community is visible to other logged-in members of that community. Please share thoughtfully, and treat what others share there with the same care and confidence you would want for your own words.

• Unsubscribe anytime. Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it takes effect immediately.
• Ask what I have. You may request a copy of the personal information associated with you.
• Ask me to correct it. If something is wrong or out of date, tell me and I will fix it.
• Ask me to delete it. You may request that your information and community account be removed.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or CCPA (California). I am glad to honor those requests regardless of where you are — simply write to me.

This website uses SSL encryption, and payment information is handled entirely by Stripe rather than stored here. That said, no website can promise perfect security. I take reasonable care, and I will tell you promptly if anything ever compromises your information.

Children

This website and its gatherings are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided information here, please contact me and I will remove it.
